Physical Education (PE)
Early Years Foundation Stage – Physical Development
The educational programme for physical development, set out in the EYFS Framework, is delivered in our preschool and reception classes in line with the Extend Nursery and Preschool Curriculum and the Extend Reception Curriculum.
Key Stage 1 and 2 – Physical Education (PE)
We follow the national curriculum.
We use The PE Hub scheme of work to teach PE.
As part of our PE curriculum, children also take part in one term of forest school a year led by our outdoor education teacher.
Year 4 and 6 have swimming as part of their PE curriculum.
